During a fail-over to a secondary enforce, an error is received during install

Issue/Introduction

Error message appears during installation of DLP 25.1: Service 'Symantec DLP Detection Server Controller Service' (SymantecDLPDetectionServerControllerService) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.

This error may occur if the reinstallation resource bundle is used during a disaster recovery.

DLP 25.1

Cause

DLP Notifier Service failed to start, causing other dependent services from starting.

The failure was attributed to a missing java binary file at <installed drive>:\AdoptOpenJRE\bin\java.

The Symantec DLP Notifier service file references this path, however, this path doesn't exist on the secondary Enforce.

Resolution

Move the java folder path on the backup Enforce system to match the Symantec DLP Notifier service file.

Re-run the install using the new java path.
