Clarity/Rally Sync Staging tables have extra records

Issue/Introduction

• When running Synchronized Mapped Information,  Import Staging tables will have about 50K records to sync
• Upon checking the table ODF_CA_ODF_IM00000001_EXT is containing too much data (over 3M records)
• Too many records are added in staging tables odf_ca_odf_clrty and odf_ca_odf_ext and not cleared out on subsequent runs
• No impact on performance from what we can see

Fixed in Clarity 16.4.2

Workaround:

• You may remove all records in ODF_CA_ODF_IM00000001_EXT except the ones pertaining to the very last run.
• Contact Broadcom Support for steps.
