Reduced accessibility for templates and stats items

Issue/Introduction

In vCenter web client under, Cluster > Monitor > vSAN > Virtual Objects, customer is seeing "Reduced Availability" on the "stats" object.  

Environment

ESXi 7.X

ESXi 8.X

Cause

The performance object had a Raid 6 storage policy assigned and a host was removed from the cluster bringing the host count below 6.  RAID_6 requires 6 hosts to be compliant with this configuration.  The following document covers these vSAN Polices and their requirements.  

Resolution

Add another host to the cluster, or, change the policy to one meant for less hosts in order to make the objects compliant again.
