How to integrate UIM Data Services with Grafana?

Resolution

1. Deploy the UIM Data Services Packages
   Perform the following steps to deploy the UIM Data Services packages:

   • Download the packages uimdataservices-23.4.5.1 and ump_dashboard-23.4.5.1 from the DX UIM Business Intelligence (Early Access) link.

   • Import them into the DX UIM Server package archive.

   • Deploy the uimdataservices and ump_dashboard packages onto a robot having wasp already installed, either from Admin Console or Infrastructure Manager.
     You can install these packages on any Admin Console, Operator Console, or a robot having wasp installed.

2. Login to Grafana
   
   
3. In Datasource, Add Data source search for Infinity plugin and install.
   
   
   
   
4. Create a Datasource by selecting the above Infinity plugin.
   
   
1. Provide a name,
2. In Authentication, Basic Authentication, provide Username and password
   
   
   
   
3. In URL and header, Base URL = http://<hostname>/uimdataservices/v1/
   and enable the checkbox "Encode query parameters with %20"
   
   
   
   
4. In security allowed hosts provide your BI installed host IP
   
   
   
   
5. In Health check, provide Health check URL=http://<BI host IP>/uimdataservices/v1/$metadata
   Save & Test should be successful
