Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create an automation between Jira <> Rally
2. Sync some artifacts from Rally to Jira

 

Actual Results: 
For particular project, artifacts won't sync from Rally to Jira.

Expected Results: 
The artifact should sync fine.
