Is there an alternative way to view the output on the mainframe, aside from accessing it through CA7 or retrieving the spool file for an Agent job?

Resolution

There is no alternative way to view the output of an Agent job directly on the mainframe, aside from accessing it through CA7 or retrieving the spool file associated with it, if available. Agent jobs are not traditional mainframe batch jobs, such as CA7TOUNI jobs for UJMA. As a result, they do not produce JES output, and no job information will appear in SDSF or SYSVIEW. This is because Agent jobs execute on distributed platforms (not z/OS) and are managed through external agents. Their output is typically logged on the agent's system or within the job scheduling tool's interface.
