Keycloak Bitnami helm chart installation failure in Tanzu Application Catalog

Issue/Introduction

Installation of Bitnami helm chart for keycloak fails with the below error:

#helm install my-release oci://REGISTRY_NAME/REPOSITORY_NAME/keycloak
Error: INSTALLATION FAILED: manifest does not contain minimum number of descriptors (2), descriptors found: 0

Cause

This can happen in airgapped environment if the chart is not present in the internal registry

Resolution

We need to configure Registry and Replication rules as mentioned in the docs from a registry which have internet access to sync from the Broadcom repo and then either use this registry or replicate to another registry that's being used internally.
