When attempting to update/remediate or rotate password specifically for the ADMIN Aria Operations password in SDDC Manager.
It will show an error in SDDC Manager with messages like:
"Failed to get VMware Aria Operations Solutions" and "I/O error on POST request for https://<Aria Operations-LOAD-BALANCER/suite-api/auth/token/acquire>"

If the Aria Operations Load Balancer FQDN is unavailable. SDDC Manager is unable to authenticate with Aria Operations token API to update the ADMIN password.
Perform a DNS lookup on https://<Aria Operations-LOAD-BALANCER> address to determine the IP address. Investigate network connectivity for this by checking ping and port accessibility for port 443.
This may involve contacting the load balancer vendor. Another option could be to paste the load balancer IP address into the relevant NSX to find more information on how this load balancer is configured.
