Issue/Introduction

Unable to power on a VM on the protected side after a planned migration failed. 

There is no option to power on the VM

Environment

VLSR 8.x 

VLSR 9.x

Resolution

- As part of a planned migration, the VM on the protected site will be shut down gracefully, unregistered.

- The datastore will be unmounted, and the LUN will be detached. 

- To power on the VM on the protected site manually,  it needs to attach the LUN to the hosts, mount the datastore, and register the VM manually.
