VIDM login page show garbled characters when non-english language in browser

Issue/Introduction

After update the latest vIDM patch CSP-102092 refer to KB412021, non-English language login portal show incorrect character when switch to other domain rather than system domain:

VMware Identity Manager 3.3.7

Resolution

Known issue, will be fixed in next version of vIDM patch
