Environment

Component: CA Directory 14.1/x

Resolution

As a start, the following is a couple of product documentation links that provide more details with regard to dxinfo:

A commonly suggested command for you to run is like:

dxinfo -d 19991231

Here the 19991231 needs to be replaced with the date when you were experiencing the issue.

This command will collect a number of configuration files plus the log files for the particular day and put them into three files.

With this three files, potentially, it will provide Broadcom Support:

  • the operating system of your implementation plus the installation/upgrade history of your implementation,
  • the detailed configuration files of all your DSAs. The information will allow us to look into any kind of potential configuration issues,
  • the various enabled log files as the issue happened to provide the symptons that can help resolve your issues.
