Issue/Introduction
Custom message templates created in DXO2 and sent by notification channels cannot be delivered to the end mail client.
Resolution
Gather tcpdump when test templates have been captured on DXO2 and send to the support for review to determine network issues.
tcpdump --port 25 --output custom_template.cap
