Alert definitions from Operations for Logs do not get triggered in Aria Operations

Issue/Introduction

• Alerts in Operations for Logs are configured to send to Aria Operations
• The Aria Operations integration is healthy.
• When the alert is triggered, the notification email is sent, but the notification event does not appear in Aria Operations.
• Testing the alert with the 'Send Test Alert' function results in a 403 error, seen below;

Cause

The user used in the Aria Operations integration does not have the necessary permissions in Aria Operations to make the required API call.

Ensure that the user has the permissions listed in the documentation below;
