Issue/Introduction

• LCMVROPSYSTEM25000 error was reported when synchronizing inventory from VCF Operations to VCF Fleet Management
• On VCF Operations fleet management Appliance, in /var/log/vrlcm/vmware_vrlcm.log, there is "Not able to connect to Operations node" error as below:

Cause

VCF Operations fleet management Appliance cannot reach VCF Operations master node

Resolution

• Run commands below on VCF Operations fleet management Appliance:
  • nslookup <VCF Operations master node in the log>
  • ping <VCF Operations master node in the log>


• Do troubleshooting according to the output of the commands above
