Issue/Introduction

The Process DIM Measures and Dimensions job step and the Process Event Scenario Measures and Dimensions job step of the RiskFabric Intraday Processing job fail and the following error message is logged in the SQL Server Agent history log:

ErrorCode="3239313431" Description="Errors in the metadata manager. The process type specified for the Event Scenario dimension is not valid since it is not processed."

Cause

The RiskFabric Processing job was not run prior to running the RiskFabric Intraday Processing job after installing Information Centric Analytics (ICA).

Resolution

Run the nightly RiskFabric Processing job to fully process the cube. Once completed, the RiskFabric Intraday Processing job will run successfully.
