Unable to Authenticate to TMC SaaS – Error Code 3001 Unauthorized

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to log in to TMC SaaS, users may encounter the following error:

errcode: 3001 errmsg: Unauthorized requestid: <id>.

This prevents authentication to the TMC portal.

Cause

The issue can occur when the TMC organization becomes disabled during migration.

Resolution

Open a Broadcom Support Service Request for TMC SaaS assistance. The team will review and re-enable the affected organization if necessary.
