Spectrum SNMP v3 rediscover of V2 Palo Altos not working

Issue/Introduction

Rediscovering a Palo Alto v2c device as v3 device after changing the device protocol to SNMP v3, rediscovering the device would fail. 

The Global cache was cleared and continues to have the same issue.

Environment

Dx NetOps Spectrum any supported version

Resolution

Customer had to change the 'SNMP Setting" "Views" section's OID from:

'.'

to

'.1'

Save the change and then rediscover the Palo Alto device with SNMP v3 protocol enabled.

Additional Information

The reason why one would need to enter the value of '.1' for the "OID" in the SNMP view setting because it allows the user to access the entire MIB tree, essentially giving read access to all available SNMP data on the device.
