New Reporting Tool - Actuals not showing from earlier periods before current month

Issue/Introduction

We are trying to create a Report that shows Time Entry Actuals for the current year using out of the box data provider 'Time Entries and Timesheets'. Data Warehouse (Full Load) has been run but only data for the current month is displaying.

Previous closed Time Periods data are not getting displayed.

 

Environment

Clarity 16.3.3

Resolution

Run 'Time Slicing Sync' job with 'Force Update' parameter checked. The 'Force Update' option makes the job run much longer so this should be done off peak time.

Then proceed to run the 'Load Data Warehouse'  with 'Full Load' option ticked.

In the 'Time Entries and Timesheets' data provider - 'Joins' tab, ensure that 'Is Open (Time Periods) ' filter is set to 'All' so both 'Open' and 'Closed' period data gets displayed.
