Issue/Introduction

You would like to integrate Entra ID as user data source on Enforce.

Environment

DLP Enforce 16.x, 25.1

Cause

It is a product limitation. It is possible to add user data sources from a file, an Active Directory connection, or from Information Centric Analytics (ICA), but not from Entra ID. Refer Bringing in User Data
