Duplicate prompts after Upgrade or awinstall

Issue/Introduction

After running awinstall (for example to go from 9.4 to 9.6), there are some prompts for OAE jobs within chains or process flows that show up as duplicates or doubles.  For example in the image below, Prompt #5 and #6 are duplicates of #3 and #4.

  In the previous version, only entries 1 through 4 show up:

Some entries in the so_job_prompts and so_chain_args tables were duplicated during the upgrade

Resolution

Open a case with Broadcom Support to troubleshoot this issue
