SDDC Manager fails to release a deployment lock that was previously acquired by a operation. As a result, any new deployment-related operations are blocked due to the lingering lock entry.
To resolve this issue, deployment lock(s) has to be removed and needs validation on the lock(s) it is holding. As this may require modifying SDDC database, open a case with Broadcom Support - refer KB 142884 on how to open a Broadcom support case.
