Notes for help setting up WorkSpace One SAML 2.0 App for Carbon Black Cloud use with AuthHub

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud: All Versions
• WorkSpace One

Resolution

1. Use https://access.broadcom.com/default/saml/v1/sp/acs for the Single Sign on and Redirection URL
2. The Application ID can temporarily be the above value but once providing the IDP URL to support a new value will be provided to replace the existing Application ID
3. Add a Custom Attribute Mapping with Name - Email -> Format - Unspecified -> Value - $[user.email] as below picture
4. Create a bookmark to the corresponding ORG like https://defense-prod05.conferdeploy.net/ for the users to enter their email into

Additional Information

"SAML authn request validation failed" error can occur if the Custom Attribute Mapping isn't setup
