Endevor - Sourceless Element C1G0458E causing element unable to be deleted

Issue/Introduction

Due to a sourceless element existing at a lower stage, production packages fail with the error codes C1G0460E & C1G0458E.
Can errors C1G0460E/C1G0458E be reduced to a caution allowing the delete to complete?

Resolution

These errors can not be modified to a value other than Error. Info/warning/caution would allow the element to be deleted and create sort of a corruption - a sourceless element without any corresponding source up the map.

The customer needs to delete all depending sourceless elements before deleting the actual element.
