Multiple clarity job failed with error "Job was processing when scheduler restarted"

The log message 'Job was processing when scheduler restarted' indicates that a cancellable job was in the Processing state at the time the background service or scheduler was restarted. As a result, the job fails upon restart and logs this message to denote the interruption.
In such situation the job will either needs to be scheduled again or the wait for the next schedule of the job
