Error: "query did not return a unique result: 2" when listing Data Center Groups

Issue/Introduction

• After creating a datacenter group (VDC Group) using a Terraform script you are confronted with duplicates.
• Listing Data Center Groups and Edges page in the UI fails with  "query did not return a unique result: 2".
• Attempts to delete a datacenter group and edge gateway fail with error ACCESS_TO_RESOURCE_IS_FORBIDDEN.

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.6.1

Cause

This issue occurs when a datacenter group has multiple edge gateway references with the same datacenter group as the owner Id. When an edge gateway is associated with a datacenter group, the owner id becomes vdc group id and Cloud Director expects that only one edge gateway is associated with a VDC group.
