This document explains how to check whether "VMware Cloud Foundation Operations HCX" or "VMware HCX" is used.

VMware Cloud Foundation Operations HCX

Resolution

You can check via https://<hcx_manager_ip_or_fqdn>:443 > [Administration] > [Support]. If "VMware Cloud Foundation Operations HCX" is used, the header shows "VMware Cloud Foundation Operations HCX" and the build version is 9.0 or later. Otherwise, "VMware HCX" is used.
