Issue/Introduction

AWS account is Healthy, but there is no cost or usage data available in the tenant. 

Resolution

A likely cause is the Report Path and Name not being filled out properly. Report paths are often copied directly from AWS containing the bucket name and an extra slash at the end. This will prevent AWS data from reaching CloudHealth, despite the Healthy account status. 

 

This field must only contain the Report Path and Report Name divided by a slash for AWS data to populate in the tenant.
