Unable to login to vCenter via SSO

Issue/Introduction

Unable to login to vCenter with SSO account or Active Directory account getting the following error: 

"read:errno=104"

Environment

VMware vCenter Server 

Resolution

Replaced the certificate on the vCenter with the certificate tool : Using vSphere Certificate Manager to Replace SSL Certificates  running option 8 to replace all. Ensure to put the hostname/FQDN of the vCenter in the hostname and VMCA fields.
