Issue/Introduction

After ServiceNow has been added as a data sources and validated you see the following error in the UI

Environment

Aria Operations for Networks 6.13.0

Aria Operations for Networks 6.14.0

Aria Operations for Networks 6.14.1

Cause

This is a communication issue between ServiceNow and the collector node.

Resolution

Reboot the collector that has ServiceNow added as a data source.
