Schedule exceptions are not working in url_response probe

Issue/Introduction

Alarms are triggered when the schedule exceptions are configured and 'Run once' is selected in url_response probe

Environment

DX UIM 23.4
url_response probe v. 4.56 and 5.01 

Cause

 'Run once' and 'exceptions' in scheduling should not selected together.

Resolution

Schedule with Exceptions (scheduling = exceptions)
Behavior: The profile is normally ON. The schedules you define are blackout periods when it should be OFF.
With "Run Once" enabled: A one-time schedule in this mode defines a single-interval blackout. It prevents the profile from running only for the first interval that falls within the exception window. After that missed interval, the profile resumes its normal "always on" behavior for the rest of the window.
