WS_SOAP or WS_REST: uxshw UPR upr=*, the command does not complete the full listing

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to list all Universal Processes (Uprocs) using the command uxshw UPR upr=*, the command does not complete the full listing. Instead, it stops iterating and displaying Uprocs as soon as it encounters the first Uproc of type WS_SOAP or WS_REST. All Uprocs that would alphabetically follow the encountered WSSOAP/WSREST Uproc are omitted from the output.
