Issue/Introduction

SOAP type Uprocs are no longer passing all inherited variables, even when the 'propagate all input variables as outputs' checkbox is selected. While session logs initially display all HVAR variables, subsequent Uprocs following a SOAP Uproc only receive variables directly generated by that SOAP Uproc; all other previously inherited HVARs are discarded. This problem is isolated to SOAP type Uprocs
