Issue/Introduction

How does the communication work between Broker, IP Manager and IP Configuration Manager as you have to issue a firewall request to get the TCP ports opened.

Environment

All supported releases of Smart

Resolution

• Smarts uses the domain manager port for communication.

• Check if you have installed domains with dynamic port option (--port=0) or fixed ports. If fixed ports, then you can open the same in firewall.

NOTE: IP configuration manager does connect to broker in order to push configuration to IP manager.
