Autosys 11.0 SP5 agent does not start when attempting to install and use it on Windows 2012 R2 Server.

Issue/Introduction

Problem:

We cannot start the AutoSys 11.0 SP5 agent on a Windows 2012 R2 Server.  

 

Environment:

AutoSys 11.0 SP5

Windows 2012 R2 Server

 

Resolution:

Only the AutoSys agent is supported on Windows 2012 R2 Server.  For support first install 11.0 SP 5 agent and then install patch RO80186.
