Unable to launch the iDash Admin Tool received the following error:
java.sql.SQLException:ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied or account locked messages
The iDash application cannot make a connection to the primary database due to an invalid username or password.
Once you click 'OK' on the message, it will take you to the primary connection tab for the iDash database configuration to update the username and password. Also, verify with the DBA that the account is not locked and that the user has the correct account information - then enter it into the fields. Once the connection has been validated, close the Admin Tool and reopen it. The user should then be able to login to the Admin Tool.
