Issue/Introduction

The vSphere HA restart priority is set to disabled in the virtual machine override settings. Additionally, `das.reregisterRestartDisabledVMs=FALSE` was added to the vSphere HA advanced options, but the virtual machine still moves to another ESXi host when vSphere HA failover occurs.

vCenter Server event shows a message similar to the following, indicating that the virtual machine is in powered off status on another ESXi host.

YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS vCSA-Name vpxd[####]: Event [######] [#-#] [2025-10-17T05:58:14.425593Z] [vim.event.VmPoweredOffEvent] [info] [] [DC-name] [#######] [VM-name on  ESXi-name in DC-name is powered off]

Environment

VMware vCenter Server 8.0.x
VMware ESXi 8.0.x

Cause

The feature did not work as intended because das.reregisterRestartDisabledVMs was set in uppercase instead of lowercase.

Resolution

Change FALSE to lowercase false.
