Impact of CVE-2025-61984 on Content Analysis on CAS version 3.1.10.1 and above.
Resolution
Content Analysis is not impacted by CVE-2025-61984.
When establishing an SSH connection to Content Analysis, the use of a ProxyCommand does not result in any possibility of code execution based on the provided username. Similarly, when Content Analysis functions as an SSH client, it does not transmit usernames containing control characters to the server.
