Issue/Introduction
When attempting to migrate a VM with vGPU, the migration wizard shows compatibility issues: "Migration was temporarily disabled due to another migration activity. vGPU hot migration is not enabled." "A warning or error occurred when migrating the virtual machine. Virtual machine relocation, or power on after relocation or cloning can fail if vGPU resources are not available on the destination host."

Cause
This issue occurs when the vgpu.hotmigrate.enabled advanced setting in vCenter is set to false
Resolution
To resolve this issue the "vgpu.hotmigrate.enabled" will need to be set to "true"
From the vCenter Server vSphere Client, select the vCenter
Click the Configure tab
Click on Advanced System Settings.
Click on Edit and filter the "Name" column for "vgpu.hotmigrate.enabled"
