Fresh installation of CU5 Operator Console does not install samlsso package

Issue/Introduction

During a CU5 fresh OC installation the samlsso package is installed but not added as a startable package on the new OC. 

Environment

• UIM 23.4 CU5
• Operator Console CU5
• samlsso

Resolution

Perform the following:

• deactivate the wasp probe on the OC robot
• make a backup of the current C:\Program Files (x86)\Nimsoft\probes\service\wasp\wasp.cfg
• update the wasp.cfg adding the following to the <webapps> section if it is not present and save the file: 
  
      <samlsso>
          reloadable = true
          cross_context = true
          load_on_startup = true
          unpack_war = true
          path = /samlsso
      </samlsso>
  
  
• activate the wasp probe
• validate there is a port and pid generated, and that you can login to OC
