Page not working with Grid rendering (GRM), from IPad

Issue/Introduction

The client is using the site http://outlook.office.com , which is being accessed through Web Isolation. When using an iPad with Grid rendering (GRM), the on-screen keypad does not appear, preventing input. However, when switching to Vector rendering, the site loads, but the performance is noticeably slow and delayed, making navigation and interactions laggy.

Resolution

Mobile devices cannot operate in GRM; they must use VRM
