401 error when attempting to download support bundles for VCF Operations for Networks

Issue/Introduction

After creating new support bundles for the platform and the collector, error message {"code":401,"message":"HTTP 401 Unauthorized"} received when clicking the download button.

Environment

VCF Operations for Networks 9.0.0

Resolution

1. Log in using the admin@local user.
2. Click on "download" button to confirm support bundles can be downloaded.
3. Log in using the SSO user.
4. Click on "download" button to confirm support bundles can now be download.
