Issue/Introduction

The alerting behavior of a target Autosys  job that is put ON_ICE or ON_HOLD.

Environment

Product: Automation Analytics & Intelligence v24.x, Autosys Job Scheduler

Cause

N/A

Resolution

For ON_ICE: It is normal that there will be no  Alerts since a job within the box, will not be executed in Autosys scheduler. This is an expected behavior.

 

For ON_HOLD: If the job in the box is out to on- hold, we expect that there will  be an NPTF alert.
