Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce: 

  1. Create an automation or assume an automation exists between Jira and Rally.

  2. Trigger a sync.

  3. It always picked up on the past date.

  4. In the logs, some duplicate entry message prints.

Count of modified records from rallyV2 found since 'Fri Sep 05 13:38:25 EDT 2025' till 'Fri Sep 12 15:01:11 EDT 2025' is :3297

Expected Results: 

  • Records should be picked from the last modified timestamp.

Actual Results:

  • Records are picked from the past timestamp as the last modified timestamp seems to be not updated.
