To validate the SRA supported version with SRM, below is the referenec HCL link:
https://compatibilityguide.broadcom.com/detail?program=vlsrsra&productId=62265&persona=live&keyword=NetApp&activePage=1&activeDelta=20&column=partnerName&order=asc&redirectFrom=ONTAP%20Tools%20for%20VMware%20vSphere%2010.4

Resolution

  1. Login to SRM appliance management page (https:<SRM-IP>:5480>) with Admin credentials.

  2. Remove the SRA from 'Storage Replication Adapters' list and re-add supported version.

  3. Configuring the SRA adapter.

  4. Return to Site Recovery UI page (https://<SRM-IP>/dr)

  5. Under 'Storage Replication Adapters' section, click on 'Rescan Adapters'.

  6. Go to 'Array Pairs' ,select the added Array pair and run 'Discover Devices'.

  7. Validate status of 'Array Pair' and corresponding 'Replication LUNs'.

Additional Information

While configuring the SRA adapter, if getting an error as self signed certificate follow the below steps:

  • When configuring a NetApp SRA on VMware Site Recovery Manager the following error is thrown

Configuring the SRA adapter ....self signed certificate produced.

Failed to register certificate Status: 401 UnauthorizedResponse body: ["Failed Validating credentials"]

  • For ONTAP Tools for VMware (OTV) version 10, engage NetApp support.
