Organization deletion tasks stuck at 0% in VCF Automation 9.0

Issue/Introduction

• When attempting to delete Organization from VCF Automation 9.0 Provider Portal > Organization > Select Organization > Delete Organization : It is seen that the task created is stuck at 0% progress with details "Pending Progress.."
  

Environment

VCF Automation 9.0

Cause

• There are blocking tasks configured which have not been resumed / canceled.
• When viewing Blocking Tasks from VCFA Provider portal > Events and Tasks > Blocking Tasks : We see pending blocking tasks which need to be actioned by administrator. 

Resolution

• Login to the VCFA Provider portal as Administrator
• Navigate to Events and Tasks > Blocking Tasks 
• Identify the tasks listed which is related to the main stuck Task
• Click on the three vertical ellipses and review the task action either as : Cancel, Fail, or Resume, with a suitable message and submit it.

• Validate that Main task status has now changed in accordance to the previous action.
