Problem:
When attempting to run any CA Spectrum CABI 4.1 SP3 reports, the following message is displayed:
The viewer could not process an event. Failed to open the connection. Current Assets: All [] ---- Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]
Resolution:
Ensure you have completed all the post installation steps for CABI.
