Tasks 'Dependencies' Module Is Not Translated

Issue/Introduction

Tasks 'Dependencies' module under Blueprints is not translated. The same appears correctly translated in the Tasks flyout.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Administration > Blueprints.
2. Copy 'Standard Project' blueprint and open the new blueprint.
3. Click on Edit.
4. Navigate to the avatar > Settings > General.
5. Navigate to Modules > Tasks > Edit module details.
6. Change the Language to any supported language other than English (e.g.: German), then close the Settings pop-up.
7. Navigate to Modules (name will vary depending on the selected language, for German, this will be 'Module').

Expected Results: All modules have a translated string.

Actual Results: 'Dependencies' module is still showing its string in English.
