Issue/Introduction

SDDC prechecks fail to initialize - Error:  "The host does not have sufficient CPU resources to satisfy the reservation"

Environment

VCF 5.x

Cause

 Lots of VMs have CPU reservation enabled and set to a high value that the destination host cannot accommodate.

Resolution

Adjust VM CPU reservation based on host resources.
