Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

When trying to open the Reports Dashboard - right-click, Reports Dashboard – different errors are produced.

 

Environment: 

-          Harvest 12.5 and 12.6

-          Eclipse 4.4.x 

 

Cause:

-          Dependencies missing.

 

Resolution

Before installing Eclipse plug-in, you need to download and install the dependencies based on your Eclipse release

P l Please note that for Eclipse IDE for Java Developers, download an extra JAR (org.apache.commons.logging_1.0.4.v201101211617.jar) from https://ftp.broadcom.com/user/downloads/pub/ccc/harvest/r12.5/EclipseGA/org.apache.commons.logging_1.0.4.v201101211617.zip and include it in the plugins folder of the Eclipse installation. This jar must be used to use the Dash Board Reports feature from the CA Harvest SCM plug-in.
