"HCL Validation Summary" is missing after upgrading to Skyline Health Diagnostics 4.0.10

Issue/Introduction

1. Upgrade Skyline Health Diagnostics to version 4.0.10 from a previous version

2. After creating a new analysis for an ESXi host, the HCL Validation Summary—containing driver and firmware information—cannot be found

Cause

The "VMware Compatibility Guide Check for ESXi servers" is not available in currently supported releases (4.0.7, 4.0.8, 4.0,9, 4.0.10).

In old releases, such as 4.0.4, this feature is available:

In newer releases, such as 4.0.10, different features are available, but the "VMware Compatibility Guide Check for ESXi servers" is not included.

 

Resolution

The "VMware Compatibility Guide Check for ESXi servers" feature is not available in Skyline Health Diagnostics' currently supported releases (4.0.7, 4.0.8, 4.0,9, 4.0.10).

Check older versions of Skyline Health Diagnostics to see if the feature is still available
